Marketplace Rules

For Buyers

• Vehicle listings are provided by independent dealers and sellers
• LuxCredo does not own or sell vehicles directly
• All transactions are between buyers and dealers/sellers
• You are responsible for conducting due diligence before purchase
• Vehicle availability and pricing are subject to change

For Dealers/Sellers

• You must be an authorized dealer or legitimate vehicle owner
• All listings must be accurate and truthful
• You are responsible for vehicle condition and authenticity
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must honor the terms of sale agreed upon with buyers

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Engage in any form of market manipulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data

Intellectual Property Rights

The LuxCredo platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LuxCredo and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our platform without our express written permission.

Fees and Payments

LuxCredo may charge fees for certain services. All fees are:

• Non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Subject to change with reasonable notice
• Exclusive of applicable taxes
• Payable in accordance with our billing terms

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of vehicle listings
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of data transmission

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LuxCredo SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LuxCredo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between the parties
2. Binding arbitration if negotiations fail
3. Arbitration conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
